Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Romania and across the European Union. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Romania: 2-4 business days. European Union: 3-7 business days. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders within our delivery zones.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a Size Guide link next to the size selector, plus a "True to Size" indicator showing how that specific piece fits. Most styles are offered in S, M and L.

What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a relaxed, layered fit, especially for outerwear meant to be worn over knitwear.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within the window outlined in our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect on your statement.

Our Fur & Materials

Do you work with real fur?
Our collection includes pieces crafted with genuine mink, fox and rex rabbit fur, alongside faux fur and cashmere styles. Each product page notes the materials used.

How do I care for a fur piece?
